Principal's Welcome

It is with immense pleasure that I welcome you to Redeemer Lutheran College, Biloela. As Principal, I am honoured to steward the strong foundations of this College and to lead a community grounded in faith, purpose, and care. Now in my twenty-sixth year as an educator and my second as Principal of Redeemer, I have served this College since 2016 and remain deeply committed to leading with integrity, purpose, and care.

At Redeemer, we believe every child is known, valued, and created with unique gifts. Learning flourishes when strong partnerships exist between home and school, and we work closely with families to support each student’s academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth. Our mission, Student Focused Learning for Life, guides both our daily practice and our long-term vision.

This commitment is reflected in learning that is rigorous, holistic, and responsive. Our passionate and skilled teachers, supported by purposeful leadership, create environments where high expectations are matched with genuine care. Together, we model the character, integrity, and responsibility we seek to develop in our students as confident, caring, capable, Christian citizens.

Our College values, Respect, Effort, Appreciation, Christlikeness, and Humility (R.E.A.C.H), shape our decisions, relationships, and culture. These values align closely with my own belief in faithful service, gratitude, and the strength of community.
