Enrolment Process & Application

Step 1: Application

The first step is to submit an Enrolment Application for admission, including all required supporting documentation. Application forms are available on our website and can be completed and emailed to redeemer@rlcb.qld.edu.au, along with all supporting documentation.

A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required to complete the application.

Applications are accepted year-round; however, we strongly recommend submitting your application at least two years prior to your child’s intended year of commencement.

Step 2: Interview and School Tour

Subject to vacancies, your child will be invited to attend an enrolment interview in the year prior to their nominated entry.

Students applying from Prep to Year 12 will meet with the Principal. All families will also be provided with a guided school tour as part of the interview process.

Step 3: Offer of Enrolment

Following the interview, the Registrar will advise families whether a place can be offered.

All offers are made at the discretion of the Principal.

Step 4: Acceptance of Offer

To accept an offer of enrolment, parents are required to sign an enrolment contract and complete all requested documentation, including census and medical information.

Enrolment is confirmed once all documentation has been submitted and the enrolment application fee has been paid.

Step 5: Orientation and Transition

Interviews for Year 7 commence in Term 2, and Prep interviews commence in Term 3 of the year prior to entry.

Orientation packages are distributed in Term 4 and include all information required to commence at Redeemer Lutheran College.

All new students from Prep to Year 12 attend an orientation day prior to the start of the school year in January.

Incoming Year 7 and Prep students also have the opportunity to attend additional transition sessions in the year prior to commencement to support a smooth transition to Redeemer Lutheran College, Biloela.

Mid-Year Commencements

For students commencing during the school year, our Registrar will provide families with all necessary information and guidance to ensure a smooth and successful start at Redeemer Lutheran College, Biloela
