The College aims to provide Student Focused Learning for “Life” with an educational program, staff and facilities that enable each student to recognise and develop their gifts to the fullest potential and become lifelong learners who are well prepared for their future life on earth and eternal life in heaven.

Respect, Effort, Appreciation, Christlikeness, Humility (R.E.A.C.H)

The values extolled by our College Community are expressed in five categories. Respect, Effort, Appreciation, Christlikeness, Humility. The first letter of each of these words produces the acronym R.E.A.C.H. The College serves as an arm of Redeemer Lutheran Congregation, Biloela, in its mission of “reaching out in love and being a blessing to all people.”
